think about all the positive things your life has been
blessed with, surely there are plenty of things you can
think of.

sure you are getting plenty of exercise: Exercise is
one of the best stress relievers. In fact I can't think of
anything better. Going for a walk or run releases natural
endorphins throughout your body that can help you better
cope with anxiety that have arisen throughout your day. If
you have animals, take them out for a walk around your
neighborhood.
